Hey all,
1. Former I-CAR Platinum body tech and ASE Master Mechanic here, retired from working on other people's cars a few years back but still deep in my own projects. Currently mid-build on a 99 GT (auto, 4R70W) converted into a drift car, I'm also running it at a local speedway. New to EEC-V tuning specifically, but not new to cars or figuring things out — just climbing this particular learning curve now. Glad to be here.
2. I have a stock EPM1.bin pulled directly from a 99 Mustang GT (SOHC, 4R70W auto). Loaded it in TunerPro with the CVAF1_251108 XDF and Idle RPM Drive (IS_DRBASE) reads 2048 RPM — obviously not right. Saw in the CVAF1 thread that "cvba2 and cvaf1 are offset by 2 bytes" — is there a similar offset/conversion needed to go from native EPM1 to CVAF1, or is there a dedicated EPM XDF somewhere I'm missing?

is the file formatted correctly?
read your ecu with tunerpro to verify
make sure you set the scaling percentage to 1
