Rear O2 sensors removed (headers/CAI, cats deleted), throwing P0136/P0141/P0156/P0161. Transmission not yet confirmed — 4R70W or 4R100. 4" cold air intake, shory headers, tire size 285/45r22

Give it a shot. Believe that is a Premium Member XDF but here is a VIN and PATS editable XDF along with the BIN.
NOTE: XDF might not be the exact addressing so edit what you need. If you read your ECU's 256k binary, those addresses will be at the end.
