im reading that the mongoose is the recommended flashing hardware for flashing eec-v ecus is pcmflash still the recommended program or is there a better or more local alternative that is not shipping a dongle from europe any input would be greatly appreciated

I purchased pcm flash from the link on your links tab I paid $90 for shipping and seemed like it was coming from Europe but I guess I’ll see is there anything else I need besides the mongoose and pcm flash
