Logging wideband
Going to finally get my wideband tied in so I can log it. Do I need to unhook the egr valve plug completely or can I just cut the wire for the position sensor so the valve will still function?

Re: Logging wideband
Ok sounds good. Is it really a big no-no to tap the wire in the engine bay? My computer is tucked away so it’d be a lot easier.

Re: Logging wideband
happy to report I am now FINALLY logging my wideband and its working well. I tapped into the brown/green wire at the EGR valve and it seems to working just as it should. The only thing I notice is the reading swings around quite a bit more on the laptop vs the actual gauge?
