Attemping to order PCMflash, I got this message:
"Due to current restrictions placed on Russian financial institutions, we are unable to process any PCMFlash orders at this time."
Any American suggestions?

Where were you trying to order from? I ordered mine last year from ecutools.eu, which I believe shipped from Estonia.

I temporarily lost mine for the past few weeks and just found it yesterday.
Had I not my only option was to get one shipped to another country and then have it shipped to me. Funds would have been the same too.

I ordered directly from ECUTools. They are in Kazakhstan. I imagine that it will take a couple of weeks to receive the "security" dongle USB key. I ordered one module,
