Re: GUFX.xdf for TunerPro RT

Unread postby decipha » Sun Jun 19, 2016 6:44 pm

well the time has come, im finally going to "fix" the gufb def and bring it up to my standards

its not complete and theres a shit ton i have left to do but just thought it would warrant an update, i also need to revamp the logging adx as well, i need to fix dashpot, iscdty, and add in the wottmr, OL / CL flag, neutral/drive flag and various other minor tidbits

to differentiate my def from the standard gufb def i have named it GUFX, also due to all my hacks in the latest A9L2 cal GUFX and thus TunerPro will HAVE TO be used for anyone using the latest a9l2 cal since all of my custom code and hacks will make the stock gufb def show corrupted values all over which are not

Theres a few things im going to be doing when time permits in GUFX
Note: A bang means ill be doing it in cbaza first

!» Full time closed loop wideband control Z_WBO2CL_SW
!» 2-step hard limiter Z_2STEPSW
!» hego switchpoint vs airmass function Z_FNEGOTHRES
!» fully implemented dry nitrous and methanol control Z_CTRL_SW
» WOT time lambse multiplier function Z_FN303TMR
!» hegos reporting rich time to bypass the min hego switches scalar Z_EGORICHCLDLY
» transient decel AM multiplier table Z_FNAMMUL
» extended range spark table Z_FN2200EXT
» airmass input into adaptive update table Z_ADPSEL_SW - disabled by wbo2 code
» WOT min kamrf clip Z_KAMRFWOTMIN & SW - disabled by wbo2 code
» fn1861d ? - drive isc multiplier table << thinkin i dont need
» rewrite fuel_brkpt code for actual lbs/mass (as 94+) Z_FUELBKT
» fan airmass function Z_FANAM
» ac airmass function Z_ACAM
» add in fn338 min allowed closed loop function (LOLOD extended) Z_FN338 / LOLOD_EXT
» dashpot min MPH vs ECT clip table << dont think i need
» fn311? TPREL min OL threshold << Z_FN311
!» table fuel MPH vs rpm Z_FN303EXT (for n2o)
» bank1 primary hego pin switch Z_EGO1PIN
» crank pw multiplier table Z_FNxxxx?
!» fan run on mode

This is on top of the several hacks i already have in the a9l2 such as
« extended range fn071, fn018b, fn020
« mini fn038, fn800
« pump prime time
« niold cttmr input
« OL idle sw
« basic n2o code
« hsf a/c control
« n2o vss fuel multiplier fn396a
« wot spark functions assigned to n2o
« speed limiter routine disabled
« fn111 CT spark rpm extended function

yea its a little ways out still

The new and improved gufb is posted, hadnt named it gufx just yet as not all the hacks are implemented, check it out, if your a tunerpro user or if you use BE, CalEdit, SCT, EecEditor, or the like, after you use this I PROMISE you'll never want to use any other tuning platform ever again, all the important tuning variables are in the tuning / engine / configuration sub menu makes it EASY to do exactly what you need in no time

Ill be adding in templates as they are requested

I have a fox so i guess I'm waiting. Should be a pretty cool feature tho! Do you have to wire in a micro switch or do you use something else to trigger the two step?

its only active when your stopped, if you have an auto you have to be on the brake, if you have a manual you have to have the clutch engaged

soon as you dump the clutch or let off the brake or if you move its disables it

I think the a9l2 file is corrupt. When i right click on it to extract the files it freezes up.

I'm not sure where the problem is! when i right click on the gufb file it locks up also. any ideas why the gufb and a9l2 file would both lock up when i right click on them?

Ok. I got everything loaded back into tunerpro. It's just odd that when i try to right click on the unzipped files it locks up. I ended up having to double click on the files and they opened up and then i unzipped them. Weird indeed. I deleted the gufb and a9l2 files i had saved when i very first downloaded tunerpro. Maybe something didn't delete all the way and it's throwing it off.

Two things I want you to fix for me since you have the xdf (understandably) password protected and I can't do it. 1. The sealevel table is under spark/ignition instead of under tuning, and 2. the ISC startup multiplier is still encoded. Thanks boss.

the only reason its password protected is so there arent hundreds of versions out there, all mistakes are fixed and everyone reaps the benefits

I dont use the sealevel table, the spark extended table is under tuning >> spark

encoded?

I gotcha. It isn't a big deal.

I copied my sealevel spark into the extended table since I still bounce back and forth between xdfs.

And I misspoke about the ISC multiplier. It's actually FN018B that scales run time that's wonky. When I zero rows 1-3 to make it what it should be, it corrupts the tune and hangs the IAC open.

Edit: Copying sealevel spark into the extended table maxed the sealevel table and filled the extended table with zeros, even if I zero the sealevel table first.

the sealevel table is the same exact table as the extended spark table, its values all going to 0 are due to the spark extended patch being being disabled thus hiding the table, the comments should tell you all of this

why are you bouncing between xdfs?

fn018b may be extended, make sure your not viewing the depreciated function based on the fn018b extended patch

come to think of it, you prob dont have any of that since i hadnt posted an updated xdf in a while
