Well i was reading the affects of breakpoint on fueling and it said that the further apart the slopes the more breakpoint affects things so it's possible the injector settings being off could still be causing this. I just don't understand how when cruising the MAF corrections are good but when decelling those same readings for the same air flow rates are way way off.

because your in different fuel flow rates

breakpoint and low slope are specifically there to correct the low fuel flow injector non linearities to make fueling more consistent

that little bit of correction isnt going to do much

what about the offset?

Offset wasnt far off either but I also updated that as well. It was off by about 3% or so.

if all is dialed in then the issue is transient fueling

Is there a writeup regarding transient fueling? Ive never been able to find anything regarding dialing those in.

no, transient fueling is era specific as each group of ecus handles it differently.

post your current bin file, datalog and fill out a vehicleinfo sheet. You can omit the personal details

Ok, give me a little bit so I can get my MAF curve dialed in and then I will post it. Im willing to give it a shot myself. I would just need to know which paramaters I should be looking at.

I did some research about transient settings and I found some info but not a lot. Unfortunately, there isnt much info regarding dialing in transient fuel. What I gathered is there are 4 main tables I should be concerned with. 1323A/D and 1322AL/DL. I believe I should get the car up to operating temp and adjust 1322AL and DL to where I have a slight rich spike when accelerating and decelerating, then once that is dialed in, i would then use 1323A and D to compensate for differences during warmup? How does FN312QD fit into the mix?

anybody have any information about what functions i should be using and how they are used? I have another car I have to tune with almost the same config as mine so I really need to learn how to do this....

Why is it that every time I start asking about trasnient fuel settings I get no response? Trying to troubleshoot this exact same issue last year, it was determined transients needed to be adjusted. When I asked what functions or how to do it, nobody replys.. Why? Is this a guarded secret?
