Clearing KAM when switching fuels

Unread post by efloth »

Finally getting around to putting my E85 and Gas tunes for my 300 six on a F3v2 chip so I can use the quarterhorse for my 351 build. I have dialed in transients for each fuel and am happy with the drivability on both fuels. I have dual tanks so if I need to fill up with gasoline I can keep it from mixing by running a tank dry. E85 tune has injector slope at 30lb/hr and gas is at 39lb/hr everything else is the same except transient fueling.

Will it be necessary to clear the KAM when switching between tunes/fuels?
