Standardized ADX - 4 bank datalogging Patch code update

I'm simply just pulling the start address by a word to clear 2xFFFE to be used for the Injector High Slope scalar for scaling percentage calculation.

So instead of the patch code being at 8xff8e it will be at 8xff8c.

OMAE2 in 2 parts will require some attention all others should be pretty seamless. In any case this should not pose a problem for anyone doing development but if it does just deal with it lol.
