I just posted up a new page with injector data

I always recommend 55psi base fuel pressure for all injectors less than 60 lb/hr
anytime you change fuel pressure you have to adjust the injector parameters thus

The page accounts for base fuel pressure of 55psi from manufacturer published injector data unless otherwise noted

if you come across any injector data sheets don't hesitate to PM them to me

ok, wasn't sure where to ask this, but here looked as good a place as any. trying to find injector data for my injectors bosch 0 280 156 123. I emailed bosch and all they said was "We have been informed that there is no data sheet publicly available. Please find below the service spec that our team has access to:

0 280 156 123 ev6 style
Resistance , 14.5 ohm
Operating pressure 270 kpa
Flow rate @ 3 bar min with N-hepthane 136.8g
Length 73 mm
Distance between o rings 60 mm

anywhere else I could get more data from?

Looking for some injector data, I think the injectors i'm using came out of the 2005+ mustangs and were told there approximately 36lb injectors. I would definatly like to find out the proper info instead of shooting in the dark and hoping for a half ass dialed in fuel. the part numbers on the injectors are 9c2e a5a b556v

Basically starting a new tune with A9L2 and the oem slot maf 3.5" transfer data and was hoping to find some solid info for slopes and off sets to start off with.

low slope is a little high but seems feasible

Ill check but i dont think it showed an offset.
I dont quite understand i entered all these parameters and it would barely start and ran like shit.

A9l2 calib
high slope of-45.07
low slope of-60.47
Oem slot by 3.5" dia tube transfer data off efidynotuning
forced open loop
45lbs fuel pressure. Should it be 55lb ?

It starts up only if i touch the throttle, super lean popping through the intake.
Car ran better with high slope of 36 and low of 29. Which im sure with the proper slopes im missing proper adjustments on other parameters

3.5 bar is ~50.7 psi, so yea go ahead and set base fuel pressure to 55

what did u enter for the offset? thats a global fuel adder

Havent changed the offset yet so thats another step to take.

Also going to run your mechanical idle settings and be done with that step hopfully lol

So Ive looked around lots and cant seem to find an injector offset to start with. Pretty much just have to dial it in or is there a calculation I can try and figure out?

this is what i came up with

the stock injectors on 2011-2015 5.0's is 38.5 lb/hr injectors, they run 55psi with a 58psi bleeder in the tank

factory coyote 5.0L slopes

high 45.072
low 60.479

RIKIL your tune is scaled in half, so if you multiply your injector slopes and breakpoint by 2 you will have the exact same 60lb injector info in your tune

hehe, I was noticing the numbers weren't scaled to what I was used to seeing (something like 2.4 for a scaling factor) but wasn't sure. Now I know, thx. Tune is dong good but need to get the electrical issue sorted...part on the way. Also found that when it rains or I get a wash, water will get on the ECU connector there on the firewall. Yesterday with the forecast of rain, I put a piece of duct tape on there. Works like a champ to keep water out. I'll need to figure out something more long term though.

well i added the id1300, i don't agree with ID in their presentation of data and the deltaP multipliers will need to be cross calculated to be used in a ford which is more effort then im willing to put forth right now lol

I pulled that from FTE1 & LJC1 1997 4.6 T-Bird CDAN4

Why does ZXA4 show different injector data :? ?

Hi guys.

I have some FIVEO Denso 3521US470 47lb injectors that I am trying to get information for. HS. LS, BP and offset. We did get this info out of FIVEO, but it does not necessarily equate to the required Parameters.

From the website:

I hope you didnt pay almost $500 for them!! You could have upgraded to siemens deka 80lb injectors for much cheaper

Thanks Michael.

For starters, I am setting HS at 47, LS to 54 and offset to that as listed by FIVEO. Just need to workout what the breakpoint is.

Haha, I didn't buy them, it was a mate that I tune for. He only paid AU$200 for them, so only about $150 for you guys. Will be revisiting the car for a tune update in 24hrs. Tuning with Binary Editor and Moates QH.

I have a set of 19lb orange f6ve-a5a 0280 155 710 injectors looking for slopes offset and breakpoint for these. i used the post from above and turned down fuel pressure to 40psi but would like to keep it around 55-60 psi. I was told for 60psi to multiple the values by 1.2 for slopes and offset and reduce crank pw by 20% and breakpoint not sure if i should change from above post.

got these values from injector rehab for 85-93 mustang not sure if there correct as your offsets for the 19lb injectors are way different then these now I'm not sure what offsets to use any input on this.
