its not that big of a deal, you can put any value in there and dial it in regardless no problem

Looking for Siemens Deka 80lb/h high impedance short style A2C32624700 for a 3.7 Mustang. I've been looking for a while but cannot find the info. Thanks!

I misspoke when I asked a few days ago. Mine are the red skinny EV6 style 24s as well. Not EV1s. If you don't get a better answer I found slopes near advertised flow were about right. I'm still tuning but HI 23 and Low 24.5 is in the ballpark. I used the offsets etc from 42 greens which I have in another car. Hardly a precision answer but it will get you started if you don't'get a better one and have to do it the hard way.

I double checked and these injectors are rated at 240cc@3bar which would be about 24lbs@43.5psi. Application is for the 03-07 2.0/2.3 focus. Was there a high output version of that car?

Yes, they had a turbo Focus. Model ZX3 I believe.

I just got PMAS INJ60 injectors, and they come with static flow charts (39psi, 50psi 60psi) but no slopes.
is there an easy way to convert the charts to slopes?
it's in lb/s @0-10ms pulses
so the 10ms(100%?) i just multiplied out my 3600 (60x60) and got ~66lb
it shows the breakpoint as .002lb
but if i do the math on the 2 low slope numbers they give me (60psi in the "example" im about to explain) , i get vastly different numbers.
(i'm at work right now so I dont have the sheet unfortunately, but can provide around 5pm)
the low slope numbers come out to ~8 and ~12 which when multiplied out by (10/1.32 and 10/1.62) i get either 50lb or 77lb at 60psi for the low slopes.

can u post how u arrived at that?

I wont be able to be any help

best bet would be to just dial them in

were those all done at the same voltage? if so the 0 flow is your offset but did they give u any of the remaining offset data?

yeah, they gave me an offset table as well.
for the high slope, i took the 10ms pulse and multiplied it by 3600 (60seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour) giving me the lb per hour at what i'm assuming is 100% DC
the low slope, i took the breakpoint, and multiplied it by 3600 (getting into hours again) and then multiplied it by (10/2) (assuming 10ms is 100% DC, and 2ms would be a 20%DC)
the low slope was where i was getting confused, because if i used the two points they give me below the breakpoint, then i get way different results. one will be 79 the other will be 56, which is why i'm using the breakpoint now.

The math works on all the flow numbers if you make sure to multiply out the percent duty cycle assuming 10ms PW is 100%. So all the numbers above the breakpoint give a similar outcome (slight variances)

for 39psi i got 68 hi slope and 58 low slope
for 43psi i got 66.6 high slope, and 66.08 low slope

I was hoping someone knew of a program or something to input the flow data and spit out slopes. I think EEC analyzer has a flow table like that in the fuel injector section, but I don't have a license to test if it will turn that data into slopes.

nor do i

it looks like at 39.5 psi at 6 it should be 0.01xxxx, looks like you left out that 0

typically the low slope should be higher than the high slope

i don't get the data, according to what you posted, the injectors flow more at 39.5 psi than they do at 43.5 psi ??

according to the data they gave you the injectors look to be most linear at 50psi over the breakpoint, in both the 39.5 psi and the 43.5 psi flow data there was a 15% fluctuation in the slope above the breakpoint, at 50% it was less than 1% where it went almost perfectly linear over 2ms

10msec does not correspond to 100% duty cycle, in all of the data lists they gave you the injectors went perfectly linear over 4msec, the slope of linear flow / time is .0019 0.0018 and .0022 respectively

since you listed it as flow/s and i broke it down in to a msec

.0022 flow/s per msec * 1000 (msec in sec) == bring it back to 2.2 flow/s <<whatever unit thats in

* 3600 (lbs/sec to lbs/hr) == 7920 flow/s per lbs/hr

if we assume thats supposed to be 79.20 lbs/hr that would mean your injector flows 32% more than advertised at 50psi which is very improbable

best bet is to hit up PMAS and see if they have any injector data, if you get in touch with the owner nick tell him to call decipha he has my cell #

it can't be, that would equate to 7,920 lbs/hr, if divided by the msec that would give 7.92 lbs/hr

I assure you neither of which is correct unless im way out in left field some where

i think what it means, is if it does 10ms pulses for a second it will flow that much. which is why i was taking the pound per second number and multiplying it by 3600, and not multiplying by another 1000.

so for the 50psi
at 10ms PW(a full second of 10ms pulses maybe?) , it flows .0216 lb of fuel per second.(x60)
1.296lb per minute (x60)
77.76lb per hour.
which seems reasonable to me, but i sent out a message to PMAS, so we should hear back soon i hope.

77.76/60 == 1.296

there's no way the injector flow capacity increased by 30% with just 10psi more pressure

.0216/.018994 = 1.137 (~14% increase 39psi -> 50psi)

.018994 * 3600 == 68.37

you thinking its really a 68 lb/hr injector?

as nice as it would be, probably not. I'll wait to hear back from PMAS and let you know what they tell me.

Here is a good article explaining how ford injectors are characterized. http://injectordynamics.com/articles/fo ... erization/

This should help you understand your flow chart.

Could I request the unscaled data for a set of Deatschwerks 88lb injectors going in my 98 Cobra. The data that was programmed into my Pro-M EFI I believe is totally wrong. I just need the high and low slope and breakpoint.

Yeah, they keep referring me to their spreadsheet for the Ford Data, but I need unscaled data, the spread sheet doesn't do anything for me since it's geared more towards SCT. Thanks anyway. I'm going to just use 83 for the high slope and 95 for the low slope to start since I'm running 39psi base pressure and I believe their injectors are tested at 3 bar.

the sct data is for a ford that would be the data you need

simply multiply the injector slope by 3600 and that will convert it from lbs/sec to lbs/hr

60 sec * 60 min == 3600 seconds to hours

This is the data they have for these injectors, there's other data on the spreadsheet for different deltap numbers, but this is the main info they keep referring me to.

40 psi 55 psi
Fuel Injector Breakpoint 0.0000100 0.0000125
Fuel Injector High Slope 0.0247500 0.0312280
Fuel Injector Low Slope 0.0596350 0.0742300
Fuel Inj. Min Pulsewidth 0.0002500 0.0002500
Max Allowed Inj Duty Cycle 1.999 1.999

If I multiply the high slope numbers by 3600 I get 89.1, but the low slope number comes in at like 214.6 and there's no way that's correct. The car is running decently right now with the High slope set at 83 and the low slope set at 91, I just hate not having the correct data. I've been back and forth with their customer service with no luck.

Need injector info on
Trick Flow 120 lbs/hr injectors

A little digging says these are:
Delphi 621061
Lucas 01D136B
Accel 74120
Actually 111 lb/hr @ 43.5 psi
I found one source: https://www.fiveomotorsport.com/lucas-1 ... rs-01d134b
Claims: 3BAR, 14v dead time: 0.455 ms

Another forum post claimed an entire range of volts to IO times, but they do not jive with the above source:
8 1.36
8.8 1.21
9.6 1.07
10.4 0.92
11.2 0.79
12 0.73
12.8 0.67
13.6 0.71
14.4 0.72
15.2 0.68
16 0.63
16.8 0.54
17.6 0.48
18.4 0.42
19.2 0.33
20 0.27

I don't know if anyone still uses these forums, but it would be amazing to get some help with these injectors since I have 2 cars running them. Thanks!

Not that anyone wants or needs the Ford data for stock 14lb injectors, but decipha does have it if you do.
