03 Mach-1's Come Test

Seems to be an influx of mach-1's all of a sudden. I read that the ZYA2 and SMY2 doesn't work.

I'm thinking the 2nd knock sensor or the edis failed to initialize properly. Attached if someone can try it out and post back.

I can try it out this week sometime. My knock sensors are deleted, not by me but previous owner converted the to a terminator and cut the knock sensor up beyond repair so im on the look out for a manual trans knock sensor harness. As far as the the ZYA2 you posted before. i ended up using the fuel table and BDL Spark table from that BIN. The car runs pretty good now except for the occasional stall when i push in the clutch but i think thats because the idle screw is not set properly. IAC duty cycle is around 45-50% at idle which tells that theres not enough airflow passing through the throttle body. And the cold start still needs work. Its really rich on startup for what seems longer than normal. But overall its good.

Im really surprised nobody has responded yet. I was going to be testing this until my car crapped the bed. When i get it back on the road ill definitely be testing it.

Hello. I tried load your attached file into car. Still not work, after writing to PCM not respond. Fuel pump continuously ticking.

gotta be the knock sensor code causing it. I don't have the time to tinker with it. Next time I get a mach come in I'll get to the bottom of it.

If anyone wants to disable the knock sensors and EM for knock and try it out let me know.

I would try it cept I can't find me a quarterhorse ahaha..

plus this winter is killing us right now up here (over 3' of accumulative snow just this month)

I finally got my car back together after breaking the secondary chain on the driverside. luckily no bent valves. My harness has the knock sensor wiring cut out, not by me, so im going to try the bin when disabling the knock sensors em for knock sensors what all is invovled?

If there's still a need for testing, I'm in a position to switch my 04 Mach over to FBGI0. Only sensors deleted are EGR and rear O2's...
