1993 lightning help

Unread postby 93lightning » Tue Jun 13, 2017 11:19 am

I'm have never done any tuning or know what is needed to get it done
1993 ford lightning 351w. I used fiveoholgy mass air conversion, 42lb injectors w/mass air that's supposed to be matched
11r190 heads, Custom cam from ed Curtis, R series trick flow intake, 75mm throttle body, full bassani exhaust, punisher valve bobby.

I need to know where to go from here and what to do? Truck doesn't run much better than stock and stumbles below 2500 rpm.

welcome, you have come to the right place. I don't know shit :) I love the help these guys give at the site. Not just the forum but the write ups are REALLY good.

I have come from where you are and I would highly recommend the premium tuning service decipha offers through this site. Best thing I ever did for tuning.

Good luck.

Get with decipha he has helped me tons with my 1993 Lightning. .The fiveology wiring used sequential efi from the later f150 and bronco . First scan it for codes , get a wideband o2. Probably want to post some cam specs . Decipha is very very good at this . He got me sorted and as soon as I get some more cash I'm calling him for a chip. Follow all the write ups in the beginning of the site that will get you a start. Cheers and join the club Bongo Bob
