A1C XDF Additions

Thanks to wwhite I am adding some parameters to A1C as needed. Setting the Stoich AFR Scalar to 10:1 helped my e85 tune nicely. Please add to your next revision.

Thanks for adding the trans stuff. There appears to be an error with FN1355 on the latest XDF. I believe the correct address is A92E but is set at B5DA in the xdf. It wiped fn32s when I set FN1355 to zero so that's how I found it.
