Disabling EVAP effect to adaptive control?

Unread postby mat50ho » Tue Aug 14, 2018 7:30 am

My EVAP system is no longer wired up after the return fuel system install.

I was digging more in the tune last night and found
System Switches --> Canister Purge Enable Switch = 1
If this switch is shut off, the canister purge will be shut off.
However, shutting this switch off will also prevent the vehicle from adapting any fuel correction.

So if turn this off the car will stay in open loop always?

Is there a better way to disable the evap and still have closed loop fuel control?

Thanks Mat
