Datalogging issue CBAZA 95 Mustang Cobra.

Unread postby Pro60modman » Wed Dec 13, 2017 8:24 am

I have never used anything but SCT for Ford and I have only tuned 96+ so I'm lost here. I have a QH hooked up to this 95 Cobra computer running dechipa's T4M2 base file, Universal ADX for EEC-IV and most recent CBAZA XDF. I followed the getting started instructions but when datalogging the datalog says it's working but collects no data and when data acquisition is on the gauges do not move at all. Please help me with this issue.

Silly question, but did you apply the datalogging patch?

couldn't have

the universal adx isn't supported for cbaza yet, I never wrote the patch code for cbaza cuz I have to delete some code in order to do it since cbaza has no free space

use the cbaza adx and you can log no prob

on the t4m2 page when you click on cbaza.xdf the zip file contains all the stock cbaza binaries the old xdf and the adx file, here's the direct link

https://www.efidynotuning.com/ford/CBAZA_56k.zip

i'll be adding cbaza to the universal adx in the first quarter of 2018

Yea I stumbled upon the old ADX searching for my issue and that fixed it. Thank you.

Another question: After a few minutes of driving the car started to cut out and open the injectors 100%. It would stop with the QH removed from the ECU. I was using a moates side saddle with the QH attached to it. I used my expert knowledge of fixing N64 games and blew all the junk off the chip slot in the ECU and side saddle. I ended up unplugging the side saddle and plugging the QH into the computer directly. I havent had a lot of time to test it but on a short 3-4 minute drive the issue no longer persisted. Was the junk on the contacts(I assume old dry dielectric grease) likely causing that issue?
