Stock slot MAF in a 4 inch tube

Unread post by dleach1407 »

Any issues with running a stock slot MAF from an 05-09 mustang (or other ford) in a 4 inch tube? I want to make sure ill have enough resolution. I'll be running a draw through setup. Are they all the same calibration across Ford's? Im gonna grab one from a junk yard car. What years did they go to frequency based mafs? 11+?

I just found the transfer for a 4 inch tube. Just need to know if they are all the same across 05-09 Fords. Thanks.

yeah should all be the same, similar or close 'nough

Yeah 11+ mafs are frequency

later frequency mafs around 2015 or so changed the iat but not a big deal

its on the homepage. http://www.efidynotuning.com/maf101.htm

4" pipe is perfectly fine I've ran up to 5.5" pipe before no probs.
