Was able to have car idle enough to get warm but my wide band is showing rich .75 to .79. Gauge and dash reading same. don't know where to start to get lambda to go leaner, using stock maf transfer from home page and 42# injector data from home page.

what is your lambse commanding?

double check your fuel pressure if it checks out rape the maf curve to dial the fuel in, then after you get the fuel dialed in compare it to the stock MAF curve to see if its the injectors that need to be dialed in or if its just the maf that needs the love

On maf tables you have MAF raw what is that? Does it change when Maf kg is changed?

the raw maf function is there for development when you need the binary values, you shouldn't be messing with that, the comments should tell you more

made some progress got lambda up to .94 at idle. lambse is commanding .96. will have to work through rest of maf curve. just to make sure are there any adaptive or tables I need too turn off or set high?

Cooling fan running continuously when ignition is on. Swapped my v6 ccrm to a v8, could that be the cause? If so I’ll have to get another cause can’t find my v6 one probably trash can ate it.

yep the ecu signals to the ccrm are different

no need in replacing it simply go in the tune and adjust the low speed invert polarity scalar

I think my ccrm is bad. Want to test signal from pcm to ccrm for fan control input, what should I be looking for ( low voltage or ground ) from pcm ?

Took CCRM connector from old harness and hooked up to power to test ccrm. With power on relays engage, when I ground wire that comes from ecm (low fan control input) relay opens. My ecm harness is out of a 2002 gt so have pcm pin for lsf set =0. Have tried both ways with invert fan output but no change. Going to check for sure pin location and other harness connectors for wire locations to see if I have a wire dead headed somewhere.
Also having issue with no power to A/C compressor with dash switch on or off position with pressure switches jumpered, have power up to pressure switches when turned on.
I'm sure it's probably all related

Had some luck this evening. Got cooling fan working correctly so far (not sure about when a/c is on if it runs yet) but it no longer is on the minute I turn switch on. A wiring issue between ecm and harness, moved pin from 28 to 19 solved it. Now for a/c I did get power to compressor but then it was always hot with ignition on no mater where control switch was set, but I have an idea now what to do. It all boils down to the difference between years in wiring, hope no problems come up with transmission next!! In the spring I'll have Decipha do a remote tune once I get the bugs out.

did u flip the ac_rly_is_nc scalar?

if the ac clutch engages with key on or when engine running that switch needs to be flipped

There’s a little bit of a difference in the wiring from 2000 to 2002 that I think my 2000 ecm doesn’t like so going to wire it like 2000 diagram and should be good

Something I noticed while messing around with it in garage (too cold to drive it) when I put it in gear and just idle my afr goes leaner like from .85 to .95. Is that normal?

re wired a/c and works as should, needs charged yet but tests good with engine off. What tells fan to cycle when air is on that didn't happen?

if the ac isn't charged then the pressure switch is open and the ecu isn't going to engage the clutch on the compressor nor turn the low speed fan on for it

mystery wire.jpg
A/C Charged and Fan works as it should. Have a mystery wire that I'm at a loss as to where it goes. tested with ohm meter to ground.
