When using the TP_IMAF_IEGO histogram to dial in the maf. Why are there 3 columns -1, 0, 1?

APT
-1 = closed throttle, for dialing in the idle imaf range
0 = part throttle, for dialing in the mid maf range
1 = wot, correction is going to be null (==1) since the hego's can't correct wot unless you have her in closed loop at wot.
