The ECU is in dyno room and we have 3m extension USB cable. Direkt after ECU is a ferro filter without them no log possible.
Moates opto isolator is next thing I order... do you have used them ?

On my car, the USB cable was touching a metal part of the dashboard and the qh would not log that way. The cable picked up some kind of noise. Is your cable away from potential noise sources?

That is the Problem
in dyno room there was a lot elecric noise and I carefully grunded all parts
First time when we have no ferro filter on usb-wire motor stop when we start loging now looks much better but motor surging when start loging

What software do you have binary editor or tunerpro? If tunerpro I could check the log.

Sounds like it's lean on fuel at first guess.

You entered all of your injector specs in the tune?

When the fuel pump stays running the tune is corrupted. The qh battery may be dead.

Recent BE updates choose mode automuckuply , go to hardware/advanced and choose your mode manually.

If that don't solve it you don't have much choice but to try an opto. May not be the solution but that's how it is.

when I read bin from ecu and compare with the bin file that I saved when I read our the ecu first time there was difference and when I send that to QH pump is running. With thes saves file all is normal. So I think that the bins in ecu memorey corupted.
I order the optoisolator and a new version BE for my new laptop because I am not sure what make that mystery thinks happen I dont trust that old pc
This week we are out for the motorsport expo in Colone so next week I hope to have time and the parts to play

two evenings I try to get TunerPro log working have seen toutorials on Youtube read all infos and totaly sure that I done anything right but get no conection.
Can read and send files to QH but no log....

my english sould be better... will work on it

Ok I got the opto isolator but it will not work
I have contact Moates about and he told me to power the ECU but I do.
Can you explain what you mean with : "from the log it looks like the ecu was not powered up"

maybe that the problem ?

Can you send a picture of the USB cable routed in the dyno room. Try to show the entire path from ecm to laptop.

Non changing values could also be poor contact between QH and J3 port.

udo, startup tune added to the tune repository in your private progress thread

I checked over your setup and I'm going to add a wot timer vs fuel multiplier to the gufb strategy so when your making extended climbs you get enrichment fuel, that will make her much more efficient and safer

we can keep all communications in you private thread from now on so it all stays together, be sure to subscribe to that thread so your alerted of tune updates
