SP** Scaling Percentage (Auto Calc)

Unread post by canuck1 »

I'm sure I still don't understand the GUFX xdf parameter titled "SP** Scaling Percentage (Auto Calc)".

I'm not scaling anything as far as I know it but I can't understand why I always see a value here of 2.6244%.

I know I'm not supposed to change it, I'd just like to understand what it represents. I've read the A9L2 write up but the explanation there and in TunerPro tips just doesn't sink in for me. Anyone care to take a different shot at explaining this?

30 * 2.6244 == 78.7 is what you have your high slope set to.

Scaling percentage is the difference between the k constant and what you have the high slope set to.

Heres the info on the k constant from the fuel write up.

Thank you. I understand how the percentage is derived now.
