get into closed loop ASAP

I usually force closed loop as soon as the hegos report rich, you do that by:

set the "minimum hego switches required to allow closed loop" scalar to 0
and set all closed loop delay scalar (warm hego delay) to 30 seconds, make sure the hegos come alive after that 30 seconds or it'll just dump fuel to get the hegos to switch

once she gets into closed loop, wait for her to get to warm stable idle

while its warming up its a good idea to look over the engine and make sure theres no leaks, etc..., check the tire pressure as well if you hadn't already and get her ready to go for a cruise

once shes up to warm idle, go ahead and unplug the tps sensor (if you need to open the blade) and approximate how much you need to adjust the throttle screw based on the value of IPSIBR, if IPSIBR is 0 and your closed to dsdrpm then no worries

work the mafv from idle up to 6k redline and dial in the fuel
apply the highest fuel correction you can reach to all the flows above that maf voltage too

next if you hadn't already set the fuel table for e85, subtract 0.05 from the top 3 rows (90, 105 and 120 perload) that should have you demanding .75 at 120 perload and .825 at the 90 and 105 perload in the base fuel table

then drive her and try to reach the next mafv point in the maf curve that you couldn't reach free revving it, watch the lambse and wideband and dial it in, then repeat this again reaching the next mafv point, so on and so forth until you've got it all dialed in

let me know if you need clarification on any of this

the step1 write up can give you more details as for as what needs to be done

I see you changed alot of the original fuel scalars. would you happen to know which ones were most beneficial? I'm a novices so i just start with the A9l2 tune and work whats only in writing.

the tune started life as a early form of a9l2, it has since changed. the start up fuel is due to e85 and 80lb injectors. the base fuel table is set up for e85 and is a great starting point. i do have a 90mm tb so you may or may not need to change a lot in the idle air department. you will need to dial in your fuel using your mass air transfer. then you can work on the idle. what size injectors are you running. also my timing is for aggressive NA. i would think you should use what is in the base a9l2 due to boost. my idle is set for 1000 rpm due to the cam. so first i would put in your injector parameters, then move over to the mass air transfer, dial your fuel in so commanded is what you actually get on your wide-band (do some searching or read the info from the main screen as how to do this). then work on the idle. you may or may not have little things to work on after that but this will get you up and going quickly. oh and a tip, if its cold below 60 out when you start the engine it may a die once or twice with e85, you get used to it. i'm working this aspect of my tune right now.

when cold kick up the isc multiplier

best bet is to start from the A9L2 and go through the write up

then for e85 theres only 5 things u need to do

1> shoot MBT to it
2> kick up the crank pw *1.25
3> drop the top 3 rows of the fuel table by 0.05 lambda
0.875 = 0.825
0.800 = 0.750
4> kick up FN035 Peak Load Scaling where the engine makes more powah / Load
5> set stoich fuel scalar to e85

amd thats it, dial it on in like u would otherwise
