Re: Bench Testing MAP Sensor - Boost
Another issue; you are not defining the clip limit values for FMAPn in your code.

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
I have heard of Ford using a 'VRF' file for this but not an 'A2L'. I thought the latter was 3rd party produced.

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
I do not think the information came from a strategy document as they do not give parameter size, sign, address and scaling which was provided.

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
Thanks to Mike G I can confirm the scalar at 0xF234 is 'WOT Enrichment Threshold' (aka HWOTBP). It is probably an orphan left over from the strategy development.

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
That address does not appear to be used anywhere in the code. It is also at the start of the transmission related parameters so I suspect if it were used then it would be for something transmission related.

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
If you have a CBAZ* definition with THBP2 in it then the definition is wrong. If you post the address of the parameter I'll see what it actually is (assuming I have figured it out in my disassembly!).

Re: Purpose of THBP2 scalar VS FN513
THBP2 does not exist in the CBAZ* strategies.

Re: Idle Source values?
Here are some values:
1 = Base idle rpm
2 = A/C rpm
3 = PAS rpm
4 = HEDF rpm
5 = Battery voltage rpm
6 = Extended idle rpm
7 = Transmission oil temperature rpm
8 = Heated windscreen rpm
9 = Transmission spin loss clip
10 = GPAS clip limited
20 = HICAM (FN825B (ACT))
21 = HICAM (FN825A (ECT))
22 = HICAM (FN826A (ECT at start))
23 = HICAM (FN826B (ACT at start))
24 = HICAM Buzz rpm
25 = Catch any hicam stack-up
30 = On Demand diagnostic test
31 = Fail safe cooling
99 = None of the above

Re: Mistakes in Strategy Documents
You can find FN151 and FN152 in the strategy that the B9Z calibration uses.

Re: Mistakes in Strategy Documents
I believe FN151 and FN152 are 'orphans' left over in the document from previous strategies that did not have FN1150.
