i'm 90% sure it's picking up through the pcv, compression test checks out, intake gasket should be good, did a smoke test and everything checked out and also sprayed some carb cleaner around and rpm's stayed the same

lugging the car

been curious, if my ipsibr is good at say close to 0.000, lug the car (slip the clutch, no throttle) ipsibr will shoot right up to over 300%, once the clutch is disangaged, there's huge bucking. Does that mean I need to re-adjust my idle stop screw to add more air and make it go into the negative? r...

Re: this might sound like a dumb question

been doing a little bit of digging around, pin 85 on each relay goes to the sending unit (one in the front, another in the back), are those the ground wires that goes to pin 41 of the ecu? (ditch the sending unit?) the rest of the wiring of the relay's are: 30 power to the fan's - 86 are 5amp fuse's...

So I found the ecm connector off the old 88, pulled out a pin, question is how should it be wired up? just the two grounds to the ecu or do what 85gt wrote? I'm a little confused on how I would wire that up?

Re: this might sound like a dumb question

I have an old 5.0L out of an 88 ford truck and was wondering if any of those pins would work...that's all I need is a pin lol..
so what you're saying is best to power up pin 41 to relay, then other relay to power up fans? (2)

sorry, I'm more of a picture person than theory version
