Did you go to the breakfast on Thursday? We were there, and then at the show till just before happy hour. Then Friday we did our own thing u...

Good deal. If it's cold out you'll probably feel disapointed, but once it's warm they are GREAT!

Re: 275/40 17s - tire recommendations

I've always had the best luck with discounttiredirect. All you have to do is ASK for a discount over their listed price and they'll usually knock something off. In fact right now they have them for 134 ea with free shipping as always. There looks to also be a $40 discount updated at checkout on them...

Re: Load vs. Loadx

haha, understood. That does loosely accomplish the same thing, in many, many less words. It really is simple, especially when you have a datalog template that you just paste the raw data in it's entirety into and it does all the plotting for this and several other things that I monitor/tweak regular...

Re: 275/40 17s - tire recommendations

I absolutely loved my Nitto NT555's on the Mustang (same size). My brother-in-law also has them on his WS-6 and likes them. They grip like CRAZY during the summer months, they don't like the cold though. For me they seemed to have the best wet grip I've experienced on the car as well. I would actual...

Re: Load vs. Loadx

How I accomplish it is to do as Decipha says in making a pull from idle clear to redline. You'll notice though that the load will change depending on what gear you do it in, not much but it does change. It's best to get many WOT pulls in several gears and average out your load. What I find easiest i...

Re: Signs of a bad PIP sensor?

Yea, afterwards I noticed the distance showed it looked like it was a full pass but with only 3 gears you must be running 3.55's and trapping about 91 or 3.27's going through at around 98???

Re: Signs of a bad PIP sensor?

I don't see anything wrong with your rpm at all. It's actually pretty damn clean vs what I'm used to seeing. Are you only running 1/8th mile?

Re: MNPIP4 or ??? Hitting rev limit that shouldn't be

Yup, same problem here. I was lucky enough to bring mine from Southern CA when I moved here :D

On another note, I believe it's going to be nice enough to give this a shot tonight. I've got the tune all set, just need to flash it and rip it up the road. I'm shooting for the moooooooooooooon

Good deal! Now just to wait until I can get the car out on the road to see if it worked or not ;) It snowed here yesterday :( I friggin' hate winter! Especially when it tries to come in early November! Hell, on Saturday I was just at the track running my best ever pass, now snow. Booo Thanks again M...

Re: MNPIP4 or ??? Hitting rev limit that shouldn't be

That's kind of what I was thinking in regards to the 4,6, and 8 but wasn't sure. My MNPIP8 is at 6600 so that could very well be the limit I'm hitting. There are no side effects to solely bumping that up to say 25k then?

Thanks Mike,

Chris

MNPIP4 or ??? Hitting rev limit that shouldn't be

A9L with NLM_CL at 7100, NLM_SH at 7200, MSD box at 7300 but hitting a rev limit at the stripe at 6500. I'm assuming this is due to the MNPIP4 that is currently at 6500? How about MNPIP6, and MNPIP8? Should I change all 3 of these equally, or not at all and I have just realized my max speed for this...
