I finally got around doing some MAP sensor testing and contrary to what I have read, the e7ef-9f479-a2a sensor reads boost just fine.
vac is reading 90hz, atmosphere is 153hz and 15psi boost is 300hz
Based on the LHBH1 doc "The sensor outputs a digital frequency modulated signal in
the 89 to 162 Hz range" so wouldn't we be able to patch the MAP subroutine to handle boost?

Re: Cam considerations for speed density
Wow ok same story then. Too easy. I have a buyer for my stock efi intake. Should I hand port it or just sell it off? The Edlebrock 3881 is probably where I'd go if necessary. The cobra intakes are super price inflated on fleabay.

Re: Cam considerations for speed density
Cool man thanks, as far as tuning for this cam, anything special that needs done to scale load correctly? I've only tuned a stock cam engine so that part is new to me.

This one?

1.72RRs would increase lift to .536/.548. Still cool advanced 4 degrees?

Re: Cam considerations for speed density
I figured you would say that. I do have to pass emissions though. Any recommendations on a 351w cam for towing and my AFR heads? Hoping an off the shelf instead of ordering a custom grind.

Cam considerations for speed density
What are the limits when dealing with speed density? I was looking at this cam and it states it will not work with speed density. Is that assuming you can't tune it?

Paul over at fordsix.com a lsa around 114 would be best for computer compatibility. I'm not sure if it matters as long as it's not too rough at idle right?

One would think batch fire would only need two drivers but Michael has stated otherwise.

Re: engine shutting down after going REALLY lean!?
I've found turning the key on and then tapping on the relay, wiggling wires, messing with ignition will reveal a poor connection if the fuel pump primes again. I was chasing a battery drain issue and that was how I found it was the relay

Re: 351W with broken rod
Any thoughts on using the stock 5.8 efi intake manifold? Seems to be some people say they're trash and other use them with gt40 heads no problem. I just don't want to hamstring my build.
