Get with decipha he has helped me tons with my 1993 Lightning. .The fiveology wiring used sequential efi from the later f150 and bronco . First scan it for codes , get a wideband o2. Probably want to post some cam specs . Decipha is very very good at this . He got me sorted and as soon as I get some...

Re: no converter lockup

It might be working!!?? I forgot how soft the lockup is with a stock converter after driving so long with a high stall multi clutch one. rpm at 65mph is 2200 if I use the brake to disengage I feel nothing but the tach goes to 2500 this sounds about right . The soggy shifts went away when I un bypass...

Correct , what a moron can't see hair going away.... I'll check the brake switch pin at the computer and see if that's working. .I'll tell you it sure shifts different with the tps wired right . Also still have the Banks transbox bypassed .Going to hook that back up it shifted good with that . Reall...

Re: high tps code

Michael it's not my fault , it came that way , to ease your mind there is an fmu and an extra fuel pump on the frame rail. I've been easy on it because I know the fuel is not right this powerdyne blower is rated at 5-6 psi .I've seen 2.5 psi . I have a set of 42 lb lightning injectors (green) and a ...

the checksum is adjustable on the twecer I think the setting was 0 . Your diag is correct 1 a9l for engine control , 1 stock c3p1 for trans control. Then this banks box which they say adjusts trans pressure via epc by sensing load . Buuutt it's not hooked to any load sensing device on the truck!! Pr...

Uhh sorry open source strategy . Lost me there. . Pretty much from what I understand The a9l computer would need to be chip tuned for the 351 and supercharger just like in a mustang . The truck ecu controls only the trans. So I "jumped out " the trans controller via banks instructions and ...

Thanks Michael ! The hole in the TB was like 1/4" !! There is an easy bypass for the trans controller , I'll try that, Banks says it has nothing to do with the tps, but if the trans shifts off the map and the tps that makes no sense! Ect and act both ohm and voltage tests ? I think all of the s...

I fixed the post it was the fn1320 box not the map box. Tweecer definitions are different can you offer up a laymans definition of map scaling? is it something like fuel per inches of map or something ?? thanks

No answer from the tweecer group on the map scaling yet , I'm going to make a wild ass umption . So we have...

adjusting idle spark

Greetings all ! I'm trying to add some spark to my idle . where is the table or scaler to do this ? using icy0 . Yes Michael , I know ! using my butt and afr gage as my datalogger for now. actually making some progress , you fixed the idle . I have the lean tip almost beat . it might be fixed !! So here is my guess and Michael thank again . Lean right off the bottom we took .85 out of the idle fuel cells (1st 2 x axis) in the ve. Also richened the 1st 2 cells for the 1k . It seemed to be worse but it did idle way better. yesterday fumbling around I found notes in the tu...

If you had to make an adjustment to the light throttle input fuel , it pegs the gage lean and bucks and farts and lays down . I've tried the ve table and keep making it worse .Dead stop try to go it just pegs the gage and lays there until I let up and hit it again then its ok but not good . I tried ...
