Re: 95 GT - Need Help with Next Steps Basics

StangD, is your wideband calibrated on open air? I calibrate mine about once a year to re-scale things, make sure they're reading correct. Don't know if that would help your situation.

Re: 95 GT - Need Help with Next Steps Basics

For your reference, I had to chase the threads on my Professional Products TB and go get a longer bolt from Lowe's with a new nut to lock things down. Here's a quick picture to show how far I had to open it for IPSIBR to be 0.00 for my 351w in a '94. This is before I swapped out to a Fox-style 80mm ...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

and just to confirm, I did not adjust my new MAF curve by .68 yet. The two curves I posted above are: OLD one -what I was using in the 306 , and NEW one - a basic 90mm LMAF curve that is apparently flowbench verified by awdgsx, as posted on this forum.

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

I don't think it was in closed loop. I believe all my adaptive learning was shut off in the 306 tune. I have the 90mm LMAF Old MAF curve on the right. New one on the left: 5.000 1686.51 16.000 1796.45 4.830 1485.63 4.910 1796.45 4.670 1342.43 4.640 1521.44 4.510 1220.13 4.450 1342.74 4.350 1104.80 4...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

Pics to verify correct injector scaling, believed to be LU34A. These are from a Coyote mustang engine. http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynut89/P1150586_zpsov9tletb.jpg http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynut89/P1150589_zps6t1ovica.jpg http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa24...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

After a long engine build in my spare time, I finally started the car up this morning. There were some Idle air issues and a base idle reset or two is in order. I adjusted the TB stop screw quickly and reset the computer, then tried again. I'm also now running an aluminum flywheel and a steel/alumin...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

Decipha, What do you think about this? See attached file. I tried typing out the data, but the formatting was a mess and things jammed up next to each other. The attached picture hopefully shows it better. The "Cranking Fuel PW vs ECT" table on the left is adjusted for the displacement and...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

I can't say how much I thank you for the time you take to answer these questions, Decipha. I'm sure you get a million of these that seem simple to you. How do I confirm if I have the LU34 vs LU34A injectors? The table rates the LU34A as having a High Slope of 40.556 and a Low Slope of 46.325.@ 55psi...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

So I've been looking into this further and have another need for clarification. Did the 2011 coyote come with LU34A injectors from the factory? I've read that the BR3E-E5A is the factory injector, which I've also read is the exact same as the LU34A. That being said, I've found a lot of conflicting f...

Re: Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

I realize that BSFC is a ratio of sorts and I may have used the wrong term. What I meant by BSFC in respect to fuel pressure adjustments was that if I need about 38lb injectors (based off HP predictions), but run the LU34's, then I can up the pressure at the rails some to get 38lbs of flow out of th...

Coyote EV14 injectors in SN95 Windsor build?

Just wondering if anyone has input on using factory Coyote 34lb EV14 (LU34) injectors in a 359ci windsor build. I've seen only a few comments on people using the LU47 in fox body builds. I think the lu47 and lu34 are the same body size, just different flow rates. I would like to know if getting the ...
