Thanks. I will ignore those Fault flags.

I am definitely a newbie to tuning. I mostly just learning and changing small things at the moment. Very much appreciate the input.

When reviewing my Data logs I noticed the flags for INJ5_FAULT and INJ6_FAULT were active as shown below. What triggers these in the EEC-IV? As in what data is used to make the trigger?

I reassigned Bank 2 hego to Bank 1 hego output per the write up so I could add in a AEM uego. Not sure if that has any effect.
