Did check through it . No changes.
Seems the two issues i have are the Oxygen sensor heater Test will not complete and neither the catalyst .
Used Forscan to see if i note anything else abnormal . The front two O2 sensors are rapidly turning the heater on and off . maybe 1 time per half second .
No codes in 800+ miles , runs closed loop normally , but refuses to pass this tests . Current draw from front sensors shows 0.96 amps and rears show 0.54 amps .

ECU RZASA Compatibility
Are these ECU's compatible with RZASA and marauder strats like MAV2 ? just a curiosity. i remember there was a hardware differences list . But i can't find it anymore. If so does anything need to be changed to have this code set work on 04 mustang GT (besides standard tuning changes )

Re: AHISL change no activity
Will do. Thanks !
Do you have the latest ADX ? I believe i may have an interchange where i had a newer version than released when i was dealing with the OBD2 P1000 self check issue. I didn't see it anymore. i believe it was like 28xxx . Currently using the ADX and XDF from the main thread under RZASA .
When i update the injector high slope do i have to re enter the old MAF , SARCHG , offset values again like the initial procedure for the K ?

Re: AHISL change no activity
i will also note the resetting issue is intermittent also. sometimes i can pull to the moon and things run great. other times the car konks out for a split second. like a rev limiter.
On the data log itself it looks like the ECM restarted or lost power idk . tracing Fuse 19 i dont find any loss of power on that circuit. the issue is horribly intermittent though . In this log it happens around 951 frame .
Not sure if these issues are co related or what.

Re: AHISL change no activity
This is a log that caught that even at WOT .
Old injectors were causing fuse 19 to blow. but this issue i see now i was experiencing prior to that .
I need to do PPRV delete i suspect as its causing low fuel pressure and higher duty cycle due to restriction . Just trying to source the issue here over all . Running the old program for no which runs but this one with changes to high slope wont even crank . and changing high slope alone causes no crank conditions.
