Re: CBAZA or CBAZ0

are you serious? your going to scrap the best ecu you can get and the mostly highly supported because you don't want to switch software? tunerpro is free and is a significant upgrade over BE and has more support for the eec-v than any other software out there ...oh yea its FREE rzasa is the most sup...

Re: CBAZA or CBAZ0

im pretty sure u can buy the rzasa strat for BE from popsracing but its not going to have anywhere near the support nor datalogging abilities that tunerpro offers

tunerpro is far easier than BE for a beginner

Re: Tdc or ATdc timing st idle

if u have a cam with a lot of reversion at idle then thats normal, but if you have any sane cam then that would point to a problem with either the cam timing or ignition timing being off otherwise, run it with the most timing u can at idle that doesn't induce a surge otherwise your exhaust headers w...

Re: First time at track.

yea u have quite a bit of work to do, once u get the car figured out and hooking it should run 11.3s as is all day long. Your MPH is low, I would expect it to be no less than 118.

whats the weight ?

Re: SCT Advantage III

I could have told you that's not gonna work, the curve is not the same between your stock curve and the 2600 curve, you need to load in the 2600 curve and scale it down i have no idea what that means "the engine wants to crank the stock engine displacement" post your mtf file and when i ge...

You cannot get any better than oem motorcraft ignition components. Everything else is junk. no its not that kind of map, it can be done but i wouldn't do it, not worth the time and effort to make it work as well you can run it fine without a maf just force it in to maf failure state and dial in the failed maf, I've done it before no prob, RZASA would be the best candidate to do it the best...

Re: Is DFSO causing this? I think it's off...

if your sure your fuel is dialed in and all else is fine then your only option is to reduce the low slope to the same value as the high slope to richen up the bottom of the maf, dial the maf back in and if need be start kicking up the offset while leaning the maf out until it stops leaning out on de...

Re: Is DFSO causing this? I think it's off...

odd that lambses would be moving during dfso they should be locked at the dfso lambda scalar value just simply disable dfso if you suspect its giving you issues, odd that it would enable with no vss though for good measure go kick up the min rpm to allow dfso +1500 rpm and that should prevent it fro...

once u get up to warm operating temp, clear the histrogram and try to hold it steady at each mafv point in your maf transfer for 10 sec or until the lambses stabilize and it controls fuel acurately then use those corrections for your maf transfer to get it dialed in, anything +/- 5% you can ignore, ...
