yeah, on the homepage click on write ups and disassembly, you can tell by the first few bytes of that bank if its a multi bank file and which bank it is.

correct, don't forget your injector offset and adjusting your crank pw
If your maf is 'calibrated' for your injector size then all you do is input your injector data and your maf curve is correct since its calibrated for those injectors.
You can verify by using your data sheet and comparing the two. They should match pretty closely, if they don't then your flow sheet for your maf is wrong.

the ecu has no feedback from the iac position it only commands only
if the iac is at 28% and when you unplug it the engine doesnt respond that means you have a junk iac, time to replace it
