Re: Web Developers - EFIDynoTuning Homepage

yep thats it all html static on apache no code the biggest constraint is that it all has to be portable and able to run offline as well with minimum space so it can be accessed on very slow connections, sometimes i get in places where i can only get 20 kb/s bandwidth

Re: CDAN4 OL to CL Transition

they are most likely referring to the blending lambse rate scalar OLF_LAMBLEND see attached screen shot from my rzasa xdf cdan4 does not have that scalar, thats found in the later eec-v def's neutral free-revving can cause fueling issues if your injectors and maf isn't perfectly dialed in, and your ...

Re: AHACB drive engagement RPM

spk load res does eventually make its way into fn799 but its not a direct input

in my own defs i modify spk load res so its output is equivalent to fn799s look up for that to be true

Re: AHACB drive engagement RPM

you are mistaken

SPK_LOAD_RES is not the input in to that function

decipha wrote:lowering the tq reserve scalar will give you more spark, that scalar is SPK_LOAD_RES

if you have the min clip scalar set to 22 degrees then idle spark cant drop below that

read the getting started write up, it has details on how to read the stock tune out, BE doesnt support reading out stock tunes without the proper strategy file or type. Thats something clint disabled a few years ago.

Re: A9l2 1990 supercharged mustang tuning issues

yea maf wash aint no joke

last week i had an 03 cobra come in for a tune, had another 03 cobra on the dyno so had to dial in the bottom end before strapping it down, strapped it down and it went 35% rich with no changes, turned the front fan off and it went right back to 0

Re: DIY Injector Flow Bench

the problem with using an arduino or any other controller and driver for that matter is that your injector characteristics will change dependent upon the ecu used. For example, you cannot put the same injector offset in a ford ecu that you can in a big stuff, holley, or GM ecu. Even though on paper ...

Re: Idle spark source changing at fast rate whilst idling

make sure you don't have any jitter in your tps signal by watching tprel, it should stay constant at 0, if it fluctuates a touch you might need to kick up Delta - PT Threshold to get it to stay reporting closed throttle if it jitters too much it could be a bad tps and make sure the closed throttle v...

Re: Fuel injected 347 build

not a whole lot, basically plug in sane values in the spark table fn2200, dial in fn035 for peak load and 0 vac / 0 boost, make sure the throttle body stop is set correctly... ipsibr ==0 at warm stable idle, and dial in the isc multiplier fn1862 to maintain the dsdrpm from cold startup to warm, dial...

Re: AHACB drive engagement RPM

if its riding the min clip that means its got too much air in it at idle and it can't bring the rpms down low enough with spark to reach dsdrpm

lowering the tq reserve scalar will give you more spark, that scalar is SPK_LOAD_RES

Re: MEW1 startup tune

i run fbfg2 on the mew1 ecu's

here's a basic mew1 tune for fbfg2, all you have to do is copy over your pats code (and vin number) and fire her up for a stock 03 gt with mew1 ecu
if your running 87 octane go to the borderline knock table fn2200 and reduce the timing by 6 degrees over 40 load
