1- if dashpot is at the dasmin clip when its hanging then you need to reduce dasmin 2- nothing 3 - you need more dashpot, kick up the dashpot max clip function fn882 at those lower rpms 4 - no, theres no reason why it shouldn't idle stable at 800 or even less from everything you've posted it sounds ...

New Home A/C System Suggestions / Advice / Tips

Well I'm looking to replace the ac system in my house in the next couple years. Currently I have a 5 ton R-22 unit. I'll be looking to replace it with a 5 ton R-410 unit. My house is 3 phase so I'd like to keep it that way since its less stuff to fail. For $1,550 I found a Daikin Unit: https://www.b...

I can't vouch for the qh. In my expierences the qh survives bu...

Re: Fueling issues

correct fn320a has 1.2 perload up to 242 degrees. 1.2 perload is roughly 3.5 lbs of boost. That's to kick it in to enrichment when your in boost but low throttle angle. For n/a setups fn320a wont be a factor. Most people turn it down to .95 or so after you get your tune completely dialed in for adde...

Re: Fueling issues

1- if lambses change at cruise its in closed loop otherwiae your maf is too far out for the hegos to control 2- youe maf needs to be dialed in 3- maf needs to be dialed in and fn035 needs to be reduced in those higher rpms. high slope cant be finely dialed in til the maf is dialed in everything poin...

Re: Sometimes not going into closed loop

I copied most of the new a9l2 stuff over including some of the custom code so if you see something that doesnt look right its because your not seeing the actual values so dont change it i kicked up the warm hego delay and the min switches for closed loop. should prevent it from going in to closed lo...

Re: kamrf A/C on vs off -- bad ground?

no that wouldn't be a ground it would be either your maf voltage is changing and maf not dialed in or either your voltage is changing and injector offset is not dialed in

Re: A9L2 Tune into 8LD EEC progress

no

when prldsw==0 then
perload = load / fn035 *(bp correction==null)

Since 1.00 is your target, perload is the actual error percentage.

So if you are at 1.12 perload you need to go to fn035 and multiply that load value by 1.12 and you will then have a perload of 1.00 at that rpm at wot

Re: A9L2 Tune into 8LD EEC progress

since your n/a your target is 1.00 perload. Thus your actual perload value is the percentage your off. So whatever perload value you have at wot is your error percentage to apply to fn035.
